Can you provide more details?
Who is the manufacturer? What model is it? What operating system is installed? How old is the machine? Do you have backups?
VISTA I’m going to assume (uh oh!) that you are using vista. If this is correct then start your machine in safe mode – does that fail?
If no failure and can get into safe mode:
1. Run the command prompt as administrator Go to Start -> All programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt. Right click on it and select “Run as administrator”. 2. Type “netssh winsock reset” catalog in the command prompt and press Enter. Then reboot your machine.
If yes (cannot get safe mode) then do a system restore. Let us know!
WINDOWS 7

PS. Sens is System Event Notification to track events such as Windows logon and network
